PRODUCT INFORMATION: PermaMax Polyurethane Electrocoat COLORS: Clear, Black, Blue, Red, Gold, Red, Brass, Antique Brass, and Bronze GENERAL DESCRIPTION: PermaMax offers excellent resistance to corrosion and tarnish resistance, particularly to persperiation for interior exposures. Addtionally, PermaMax Polyurethane yields cured films with excellent mechanical properties and an outstanding combination of UV, Solvent, Chemical and wear resistance, even at thinner film thickness. This permits opaque and transparent coatings to products requiring cosmetic enhancement, corrosion protection or both. Typical uses for PermaMax Polyuretane electricoat enamel, include Medical, Computer, Eyewear, Door Hardware and Automotive applications. (ASTMA D2794) Flexibility: Pass to OT Bend Salt Sray Resistance: To 300 Hours (ASTM B117) QUV Resistance: Excellent Acetone Resistance: In excess of 1000 Double Rubs Acid/Alkali Resistance: Very Good All tests, unless otherwise noted, are performed on 24 gauge (B1000) lab panels. Electropureticly applied at 0.8 to 1.2 Mils cured in an electric convection oven. ANO-MED: Proprietary process designed to prevent fading and bleaching of medical and dental equipment. PERMAMAX: Copyrighted process for electrocoat and color. CERAMADIZE: Proprietary process for hard anodize.
